Formed in 2010, Ilenkus are a five piece post-metal band from Galway, Ireland. They've stamped their mark on the Irish metal scene with the September 2011 release of their debut album; "Rule By Thieves" and shows supporting The Ocean and Rolo Tomassi.
Recently the band were described by Drop-D magazine as "majestic post-metal" and listed in The Irish Times as one of "Galway's Top Ten Acts"
